Replaced serpentine belt on 2005 Kia Sedona when done I cranked the car backed it up and the belt broke again. I believe one of the pulleys isn’t turning. How can I tell which pulley is not working?

According to my information there are only three things that belt actuates. The only easy one to test is the power steering pump. You should be able to turn it by hand. If it turns, the issue is the cam shaft and that is a major repair.

I have a 2005 sedona it had a bad cam sensor I replaced it i have spark & injector pulse van still wont start I even tried pouring gas in the air tube still no start

Most people think you only need fuel, spark, and air to get start. Mostly true, but not entirely. You have all three and still no start. The only thing you may be missing is compression. If the vehicle has more than 75000 miles on it and has never had the timing belt replaced, you may have a belt breakage.slippage issue. Perform a compression check of the cylinders and is they any are low or they are not all approximately the same compression, you may need engine work. If the timing belt slipped or is broken, you may have additional engine damage to valves/pistons as this is an interference engine. Replacement of the water pump is recommended if timing belt is replaced.

How hard is it to replace the belt on a 2005 Kia Sedona?

Under the hood you should see a sticker that shows the belt routing. You will need a ratchet and appropriate socket the pull the automatic belt tensioner over to get the belt fully in place. It can be tight if you have big arms but it is not a big job. Start to finish anyone with the tools and strength to overcome the spring on the tensioner should be able to do it in half and hour. Probably less than half that time if all goes smoothly.

2000 Kia Sadona...Stops from time to time. Usually when coming to a stop or taking off. Replaced fuel pump. Sometimes difficult for engine to turn over. New battery. Once I moved electrical connector...

Sounds like a possible crankshaft position sensor. It is located behind the harmonic balancer, inside the timing cover. It sets by the timing belt, so if you have a loose timing belt it could hit the crank sensor or throw up pieces of itself onto the crank sensor. A bad crank sensor can mimic a fuel pump issue. 721c6cee-d9f3-4086-a166-f472fa0318af.gif

The seat belt in the van won't come out.

Seat belts are supposed to be under warranty for the life of the car, the exceptions being vandalism or abuse. Call your local Kia dealer, and ask them about this. Let me know how you make out, most dealers don't want to do a free fix, but they should. If they refuse to help, I will try to help further. Good luck!
