Did you align the rotor in the dist. to #1 cylinder in the firing order if not you will not get fire to spark plugs. Is the unit backfiring when you turn it over or does it just roll over. Let me know.

Replaced intake manifold gasket in 96 chevy Tahoe now it cranks very slow but wen it starts it runs great already burned 2 starters

You should check to see if the timing is not to advanced that will make it crank slower. Also check to see if you did not forget to put the ground cable back on the manifold it should go on the second bolt or stud on the right side of the motor.

I have a 1987 924s porsche..i had an intake leak at the intake manifold gasket but it ran pretty good considering for 20 thousand some odd miles with a little mis. So i replace the intake manifold gasket...

If you have spark and gas it should at least fire unless you don't have any compression. I would make sure that you have spark on all cylinders at the spark plugs.

Just replaced the starter on a 2002 Acura RSX. had to remove the intake. after the motor warms up the RPM's start to hunt. Did not replace the intake gasket. could this be the cause?

If the RPM's are going pretty low to where the car seams like its about to die, then it could be a vaccum leak. Whick could be cause by a bad gasket or something maybe didnt get sealed right when putting everything back together. If you do decide to change the gasket, i would recommend the "Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket". Its thicker and not made from metal and also keeps your intake manifold cooler.
