This is not just a "power cord", it a 12V 1A wall wart. You can probably get a suitable substitute on ebay, but you'll have to figure out what the size of the adapter plug is to mate with the Relaxzen cushion. See the link for a pdf showing this http://goo.gl/IYaHnF
If you are looking for the male end that plugs into the wall, you can use any 3 prong plug made for 120VAc. Just cut off the old one and connect wires to the new one. Black wire to brass terminal (if not brass or color coded, the smaller blade), white wire to silver terminal (no coding, larger blade) Green wire to green ground terminal. Secure in plug and you're goo to go. If you need to replace the plug on the unit itself if it has one or if its hard wired (usually is) you may need to disassemble that part to replace or reattach the cord.
You might want to remove the electric plug from the wall and spread the prongs just a little bit, it sounds like the plug might be loose in the wall socket.....try it in another wall socket and see if the problem continues to exist...generally it you get the same result from similar wall sockets...you may have looseness in the electrical plug...meaning that you might have been unplugging the cord by grabbing the cord and snatching versus unplugging with the plug itself. Hope this helps.
It might be cheapest and quickest to take your old charging cord to a Radio Shack (or other electronics store) and see if they can match you up with a generic replacement. As long as the voltage, amperage, polarity and plug size are correct, it should work fine. They are good about knowing what to give you in the store.
Step 1: Reset the printer CAUTION: Do NOT perform any other type of reset on the printer before the ink initialization process has been completed.
Without turning the power off, remove the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall socket. Wait 30 seconds and reconnect the power cord to the printer and to the wall socket. Turn the unit on if it is not already turned on. Check the printer for the error message. If the error message still displays, go to the next step.
Step 2: Semi full reset
1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on. 2. Press and hold # and 6 while plugging in the power cord.
Just had this problem with our HTT 800. Discovered it was the curled phone-like cord attached to the remote that had been chewed through by one of our dogs. Some electric tape fixed it right up. Still looking for a replacement. Anyone know where I can find one? A standard-size phone cord does not work with this, as it is too large.
