More than likely you should find your RCA jacks stereo that are labeled lined out and that should be the input to your sound bar then configure your TV accordingly.

I've never seen a TV with built in Bluetooth. Some sound bars can connect to your phone with Bluetooth and others use Bluetooth to enable the accompanying subwoofer to operate wirelessly so you can place it anywhere. Most sound bars connect with an optical cable to audio out or digital out on the back of the TV.
How have you connected it? Remember the cables must be coming from the TV's AUDIO OUT port(s) into the soundbar's IN port. If both devices are compatible, the best option would be an optical audio cable (TosLink, etc).
You don't have an optical digital connection on your TV but you do have a coaxial digital audio output that you can connect to the aux in on the soundbar!
Firstly, you can transfer your picture using bluetooth. Activate bluetooth on Apple I mac phone and send the picture from Sanyo 3810.
Secondly, You can remove the memory card on the Sanyo 3810 and insert it on Apple I mac phone.
Photos in the Sanyo phone can not be displayed on tv it can only be displayed on computer using your USB ports and connecting the laptop and the Sanyo phone with the USB code.
