Rascal Pioneer scooter. Where is the reset button?

There isn't one

To save the batteries, the scooter controller has a sleep mode, which is activated if the scooter is not used but
left switched on for some time. To reset, switch the scooter off and then on again.

Bump into wall now scooter won't run

Is there a reset button? The scooter may have an Inertia switch that will disable it in the event of such an incident. Many automobiles use these to shut off fuel in the event of an accident. Try to find a reset button. Just an idea. could also be loose battery connection.
