Regarding call divert

You no need to download the software. Just restore your mobile. It will be come back like a new mobile.

Menu->Settings->RestoreFactorySettings->Restoreall

Then give the security code.

Note: default code is:12345

Regarding your problem you need to refer to the nearest mobile service for FLASHING.

First, Go to setting ...select "call setting" inside, there sub menus are shown eg..call waiting,call divert...etc. just click "Call Divert" and choose your option than activate what you want do to.Good luck

contact a celphone technician and have them reset the security code.

Switch off the Nokia 2690 Cell Phone. Remove the battery for 30 minutes. Reinsert the battery and switch on the Nokia 2690 Cell Phone. Enter the default code 12345 or 00000. Your Nokia 2690 Cell Phone will be unlocked.

nooo since its a java phone it is not posible min requirements for whatsapp messenger is symbian 3rd edition sorry mate
