Try hitting F2 while machine is starting this should bring you to the setup menu within this menu you can usually fin the password section and then you can just clear it.

Enter your email address, phone number, or name that you used on your old account your want to recover. Then follow the instructions provided.
I believe its f-10 during boot screen to access the restore partition....I do know its a F key so good luck......another thing you can do is press f-8 while booting...then restart the computer in safe mode, this should show the administration account and (providing you didnt password protect it) you can log in and access the control panel...then go to the user accounts section and delete the account in question, then create a new account (when you delete the old account save your files so you can access them from the new account.
