I suggest you take the robe hook to your local hardware store and ask your question again.

The term "setscrew" is a description of a type of bolt that is threaded all the way to the head. Using unfamiliar terminology can produce misunderstandings so it is better you show the item to an experienced person.

Designer 1 needle threader

Adjust the needle threader up and down by loosening the 2 small screws at the back of the threader using a T6 (Torx 6) screw driver. Loosen screws and move it up or down until the hook fits into the eye of the needle. Then tighten the screws. It may take several tries to get it right. If that doesn't work, use a magnifying glass and check the hook on the threader to determine if it's bent. If it is, it will need to be replaced. The cost of the part is about $15. You can purchase the part and install it with the above instructions, loosening the screws until the unit slips off. You may have to use the screws and metal bar on the new part so be careful when removing it.

The shelf uses two attachment bolts to fix it to the wall, so I need to know whats is the measure between this bolts in order to clarify whether this device matches the space I have available on my ba

This depends on which model you have, but here are two solutions for you.
1. Your model should have come with instructions. Read the instructions to the point where they tell you the distance between the screws. As far as if your bathroom wall will be long enough measure it. If the space is wider than your model, you are GTG.
2. If you have a tape measure, just measure between the screws making sure you are in the center of each hole. That will be the width you will put the holes in your bathroom wall.
***WARNING*** IF YOU ARE WANTING TO PLACE ON A TILE WALL, YOU MUST HAVE A CERTAIN TYPE OF DRILL BIT.***

I don't know how to take my Gatco 4515 "Tiara" Robe Hooks off the door now that I'm moving. Please help. Thank you.

I'm not 100% sure about this model, but I have a similar hook by another brand. Here's how mine is removed:

When you look at the hook, there's a small hole at the 6 o'clock position, (pointing down, right next to the wall.) This hole is actually a set screw that can be turned with a small hex-key (aka allen wrench)
thomascha103_7.jpg The size needed is pobably about 2 mm, or 1/16 in.

Turn the set screw counter-clockwise for a few turns to loosen the hook from the mounting bracket. When the set screw is backed out far enough, the hook will detach.
After he hook is removed, you'll be able to see the mounting bracket that is screwed into the wall. Remove the screws with a screwdriver, and take the mounting bracket with you. You'll need it to attach the hook to the new wall.

If there is no set screw or hole visible from any side, then your Gatco hook might be removed from the mounting bracket by twisting the entire hook counter-clockwise.

If anyone else out there has experience with this particular brand, please chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.

I hope I've been helpful. Good luck.

Trying to hang gatco channel towel bar. there are no studs what size hole should I drill? I lost my directions.

Go to Home Depot, hardware or Plumbing isle,, tell them you want to hang a towel bar and you want some self drilling wall studs rated larger than or equal to 10 pounds. bring one of the screws from your Towel bar kit.

I purchased a new pool pump and want to hook it up. There are 2 brass screws. Which screw do I hook the black wire to and which screw do I hook the white wire to?

It does not matter which wire goes to which post. As long as you put one on each and the ground wire on the green screw it will work fine. Be sure you select the proper voltage if your motor is dual rated. It must be set to match the line voltage present at the motor for it to work properly.

HOLDER SEPARATED FROM WALL. DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET

There is probably a hex-head set screw on the bottom. If so, unscrew and that should allow access to mounting screws.

The towel bar just fell apart. The wall mounts remain in tact as well as the mounting hardware on 1 side (the piece that the bars (this towel rack has 2 bars) slide into. I can't figure out what holds...

The part that holds the bar up should either have a screw in the bottom to tighten up against the wall bracket or a hole to access a scew and turn the screw out to tighten to the wall bracket

Replacing a pigtail

You hook the Red and Black wires to the gold colored screws on the dryer, and the white wire goes to the siolver colored screw. The Green wire goes to the Body.
