I am looking for a replacement lid for a West End crockpot model 85156. Mine shattered.

Hello, Lisa -

Do you mean a West Bend slow cooker, model 85156? Note: The term "crock pot" is a brand name for slow cookers manufactured by Rival.

See the part information from West Bend here:
https://www.westbend.com/85156-crockery-cooker-6-qt-round.html

Other web sites listing slow cooker replacement parts indicate the lid is no longer available, nor is a lid and crock combination available.

This discussion thread provides some ideas for alternative slow cooker "lids":
https://www.reddit.com/r/slowcooking/comments/7386mx/slow_cooker_lid_broke_can_i_use_aluminum_foil_to/

You may choose to purchase a newer slow cooker. However, don't just toss out your current West Bend model 85156. Either dispose of it at a local electronics recycling collection center, or sell the crockery liner and the base separately through a resale website. There may be individuals who have an unbroken lid who may need to find a replacement crock and / or base. Plus, there may be some crafty person who can use the base and crock only for a project.

Best wishes.

Need rubber tips for bottom of 84323 slow cooker

Hello, Joseph -

I checked the West Bend company website for replacement rubber feet for your model of slow cooker:
https://www.westbend.com/support/replacement-parts/slow-cookers-crockery-cookers/crockery-cookers.html

Your model number is not listed. Thinking that the same kind of rubber feet are used on all West Bend crockery model slow cookers (yours is a crockery slow cooker, according to the online user manual I found for it), I checked for replacement feet for the other models listed on the web page cited above. None of the slow cookers listed on the web page seem to have replacement parts available through West Bend anymore. Sigh . . .

I did find a website for Rubber Feet Warehouse, headquartered in North Carolina. This is the link to the home page:
https://www.rubberfeetwarehouse.com/

I suggest you contact that company and ask about the availability of the style of rubber foot to replace on your slow cooker. If you scroll down the home page, near the bottom you will find a toll free number you can call (weekdays, office hours for Eastern Time zone) and a link to send an email. It will help if you can provide a photo of one of the rubber feet. Note: If only one rubber foot is missing, you may choose to replace all 4 rubber feet on your unit.

Best wishes.

You can get replacement parts on the West Bend website. Shipping isn't cheap, though.
