Can't use in my country
I'm suspecting that you bought it in the USA, where all consumer goods run on 110-120 VAC, and I see on Google that the Philippines is 220. So that might be a simple matter of purchasing a voltage adapter. If you're still in the US, those are common and inexpensive at Radio Shack (a national chain) stores. I see also that Philippines uses NTSC, as does USA so that hurdle is passed...
