It's not the sensor , check the FPDM - fuel pump driver module. Watch these videos . Voltage drop test the electrical circuits , check scan data etc....
many times on those the fuel pressure regulator wears out and or gets a small peace of debree holding it slightly open. This will actually devert oil pressure through by pass. Yes i no its called fuel pressure regulator , but in all reality it regulates the oil pressure from high side pump to injectors. Must reach 550 poubds to start. This can be seen while trying to start it with a good scanner.
Make sure you fill the filters with fuel before you install them. then bleed the line at the fuel filter then move on to the injectors loosen the injector line to bleed it one at a time then crank it till no air is coming out tighten that line then do the next one. . Dont use starting fluid to start it if you use any spray use wd40 for priming I havent worked on the new ones but the 7.3s will start that way
it was you ficm . i know because it happend to me . get a used ficm of ebay and your truck will strart right up . also on the e series it is located on the left fender , not the valve cover
Most crank/no starts are faults in the high pressure oil system. Does it try to run at all? If it sounds like it wants to catch and start it could be the FICM or combustion leaking from one or more injectors into the fuel system. That is taking for granted that someone didn't put gasoline into your fuel tank?
