Need model number of remote control for SONY CDP-C321 CD Player

Remotes.com lists the remote as RMD315 here: http://www.remotes.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=cdpc321 . They have a replacement remote that should be an exact replacement. Sony calls it the RM-D315 in some places and gives the part number as Sony 1-465-733-11 .
