Touchscreen phones simplify the wireless world, especially when combined with voice activation. Although making calls using voice commands was an option before touchscreens became available, the method used to set up this feature is different than it is for non-touchscreen units. It can take time to master the set of procedures that will get the feature working.
Step 1
Create a voice tag. Touch "Contacts" on the today screen. This opens the list of contacts on your phone. From here, do one of three things: you can hold your finger on the desired contact and then tap the "Add Voice Tag," you can select the desired contact, tap on "Menu" and then "Add Voice Tag," or you can tap the desired contact to open their personal screen and then hit "Menu" followed by "Add Voice Tag."
Step 2
Record the voice tag on your phone. Touch the phone number to which you wish to add a voice tag then touch the "Record" button. Record your voice tag for that contact. An icon will be displayed to the right of the number when the voice tag is complete. You can listen to your voice tag by touching the "Play" button on the screen or you can delete it to record a new one.
Step 3
Make a voice tag for a program. Tap the "Start" button on the phone. Go to "Settings" and then the "Personal" tab followed by "Voice Speed Dial." Choose the program for the voice tag and record the voice tag in the same manner as you did for the contact. To open the program with the voice tag, tap "Start," "Programs" and then "Voice Speed Dial."
Step 4
Launch a program or make a call. Make a call by tapping "Start" followed by "Programs" and then "Voice Speed Dial." You will hear a beep. Say the voice tag you recorded for the person you wish to call. You can open a program via the same procedure (by speaking the voice tag created for the program).
Step 5
Check the voice tags you created. Tap on "Start," "Settings," "Personal" tab and then "Voice Speed Dial." A voice tag tab appears and displays a list of your voice tags.

If you are referring to your voicemail messages, on most carriers you simply dial your own phone number. You may have to enter a PIN as well, but this usually gets you to your voice messages.

voice-mail is a phone number your phone dials that is managed by your carrier. if you dial voice-mail from you phone it usually doesn't require you enter a pin but if you dial your voice-mail from another phone you should have to. dial you voice-mail and follow the menu prompts if you want to change this.

Open a Web browser and go to google.com. Click "Gmail" at the top of the page.
Click the "Create an Account" button.


Enter the information requested in the text fields, including your "Desired Login Name." Click the "Check Availability" button. Select another name and try again if your first choice is not available.

Enter your primary email address in the "Recovery Email" field.
This is not mandatory, but it will allow you to reset your password should you forget it.
Read the Terms of Service, Program and Privacy Policies, then click "I Accept.
Create My Account."
Getting Google Phone Number

Go to google.com/chat/voice and click "Try It Now" to install Google Voice to your Gmail account. Click the "Get a Google Number" button.
Enter an area code or ZIP code in the first text field to search for an available number in your area.

Alternatively, type a word or name in the second text field to search for a number that matches that word on a telephone dial pad.

Click "Search."
A list of available numbers is displayed with area codes and locations for that area code.
Click on the telephone number you want, then click "Continue."
Type a 4-digit personal identification numberPIN and confirm it by typing it again, then click the box beside "I Accept Google Voice's Terms and Privacy Policy" if you agree.
Type a phone number that you want to ring when you get a call using your Google phone number.

Click "Continue."
Verify the phone number by clicking "Call Me Now."
When the phone rings type the code you see on your screen into the telephone dial pad.
Click the "Done" button.

I can help you w/that.there are 3 ways on accessing your VM via your mobile phone:

1st:
Long press the number 1 key on your phone's keypad then it'll dial your VM number and would ask for a PIN if PIN is setup.
Follow recording instructions or voice prompts and key presses until you get to hear your voice messages.

2nd:
For some mobile phone service providers,dialing your own mobile number automatically transfers you to your VM.again,if PIN is set up?it'll ask you to enter it,if not it'll automatically proceed to your VM.
Follow recording instructions or voice prompts as well as correct key presses until you hear your voice messages.

3rd:
Almost all mobile phone service providers has a so called "Voice mail Access Number"
This number can be dialled and goes straight to VM.
Voice prompts might ask you to enter your mobile number following the star key or pound sign on your mobilephone keypad.
Voice prompts might also ask you to enter your VM PIN(if seup).
Just follow Voice prompts and you're good to go.

• Dial 223 and press Call (Green Key). Please follow the voice prompt.
• Enter the Call & Text Card No. and press #.
• Enter the Call & Text Card PIN and press #.
• A voice prompt will then confirm that the reload attempt is successful.

ou can save up to 8 phone numbers in your speed dial book. The speed dial keys go from 2 to 9. When you place a call, our system prompts you to "enter the phone number you wish to dial". You just press the appropriate speed dial key followed by the pound sign (#) and your call goes through. No long numbers to enter any more!

If you set a speed dial for our access number on your phone machine, you have to press three keys only to complete a dial - as easy as "1-2#"! That's it!

For example, you can set your parents' phone number as speed dial key 2 and your friend's number as key 3. After dialing the access number from your phone, you will press 2 then # to reach your parents, or press 3# to reach your friend. Nothing could be easier!
Speed Dial set up Instructions:
Dial the access number, wait for prompt.
Enter PIN number, wait for prompt.
Dial: "#" "2" "#" [a speed dial number: 1-9] "#" [destination number] "#". The system will confirm the number.
Example: [#] [2] [#] [5] [#] [011-888-88-88-88-88] [#]
Use Speed Dial:
Dial the access number, wait for prompt.
Enter PIN number, wait for prompt.
Dial: [speed dial key (1-9)] "#"

A lost PIN (personal identification number) cannot be directly recovered. You will need to call the SIM card company phone number. Keep the IMEI code ready, you will be asked for it. To get IMEI dial on phone : *#06# . The operator will tell you how to trigger the PUK code, entering wrong ping again (three times ion total). Once you get the PUK, the company operator will be able to pull up code from database. The only other way to get rid of a PIN request when you have lost the OIN number is by replacing SIM card. PIN and PUK are associated to your SIM card, and you won't get PIN request after replacing the phone card.

call the sim provider (usually a gsm operator and ask your PUK number which will help resetting the SIM number - once you have a PUK number, enter SIM PIN wrong - after 3rd wrong entry, your phone should ask for PUK#, enter that and it should reset your SIM PIM - choose a new one or disable it so your phone never asks again

Use the chain dialling feature. Program the 1-800 into a quick dial key and chain dial using it.
