I have a guitar head stack with 2 8Ohm outputs and a 2x12 orange ppc212 slant with 16Ohm impendance. How to link by 8Ohm the two parts?

As long as the impedance of the speakers do NOT go below the rating of the amp you can connect them without worry Your amp would drive two 8 ohm speakers. Using the 16 ohm speaker it will only draw half the current and only accept half the power that one of the 8 ohm outputs can deliver.

I Have A Peavey Valveking head and cab. I was wondering what inputs for the OHMS to put it on if i were to be playing in a band. 4, 8, or 16? and what input do i plug the speaker cable into on the cab, the...

The answer all depends on the impedance of your speaker(s). A single speaker can be plugged into either jack. Set the switch to the impedance of your speaker. If you use two speakers, set the switch to one half of the impedance of the lowest impedance speaker. Very few speakers are 16 ohm types. Most are 8 ohms and some are 4 ohms. You could plug an 8 ohm into each of the jacks and set the switch to 4 ohms for example.

What is the best level to set the gain

Try to set the gains at about half throughout a system. This is for best signal to noise ratio.

Be careful with these powerful amps that your speakers are rated above what these amps can deliver.

Which speaker wires feed which speakers throughout my house?

Since this is a custom install and the wires don't follow a rule the only way to find which is which is to disconnect all the remaining speakers, plug in light bulbs in their places and check every single pair till they all match and their corresponding bulb lights up.
