UE means uneven for LG washing machine. Could you please using water level to make sure it is level. May I know if the drum is stable while spinning by not giving any banging sound. Used to happen to my LG direct drive, and solved by replacing the suspension that supporting the drum holder. Now all good like new.

Probably the pump filter is blocked.Make sure the machine is empty...Access filter via small door at floor level. Unscrew the filter cap, and clean filter. check that there isn't a coin stopping the impeller vanes. ...When you take the cap off, any water left in machine will flow out!! uE is unbalanced error. When you have bulky items, wash them with a slow spin speed. Larger loads actually balance out better, so adding items might help instead of subtracting them. After the cycle completes, if you want to you can turn the power on again and (without selecting a cycle) just push the spin speed selector button and select the next highest spin speed. The load will most likely make it through the next higher speed now that it is partially spun out. You should get a 14 minute spin and pump only when you start it now.

UE code means an imbalance error. Either the load is too small, the appliance is tilted, laundry is gathered to one side or a non distributable things are put into the drum.
Make sure the unit is placed in level location and distribute the load evenly inside the drum. Do not load the unit with on-distributable items.

Ue error code on the display

For "ue" an unbalanced load is sensed three times, re-adjust your load in the machine.

For e1, it could be a water sensor problem. Check to see if the inlet valve is okay and not clogged, water shd be in good pressure. If this is okay, open up behind after taking the plug off the wall. There is a thin tube coming from the switch area to the outlet pump area; disconnect this from the top carefully and blow into it, it should be free; if it is clogged you will hav a water level problem. Unblock and refit carefully.
