The pole the U clamp is attached to should be able to be removed. My own shower has a similar set up. The pole's top and bottom mount's front has a pop out of which has a screw underneath. Once you remove the screw the top bracket can be pulled aside and the pole removed so the U clamp can be slid off. I hope this design works for you as well

Have a good day,

SOURCE: leak where Grohe shower head attached to the threaded pipe

using a pair of vice grips wrapped in a soft towel( to prevent scractching) turn the shower head in a counter clockwise direction to remove it then apply liquid teflon (real-tuf) to the threads on the shower arm and tighten the shower head but dont over tighten it liquid teflon is more effective at sealing leaks than teflon tape and it can be wiped clean

SOURCE: low water pressure in grohe hand held. Is there a

1 Check if the holes in the hand held shower are not clogged with scum which generally happens over prolonged use. Clean them with a pin. 2 If this does not help, then check the the pipe connecting the shower to the water outlet. It should be clean and not clogged with foreign material which restricts the flow of water. 3 It still it does not help then you may have to fix a booster pump or raise the level of the water reservoir.

SOURCE: I have a axor Grohe shower head ona rail. It is starting to slide down the rail on it own.

There may be a tension adjustment screw on the slider that you can adjust to add tension between the slider and bar. If it is an Axor or Hansgrohe wall bar You can call Hansgrohe Technical services. We can help you identify and adjust or reapir this unit. Feel free to give me a call at 1-800-334-0455. Ask for David Scarborough. I'd be happy to help.

Install grohe shower bar

After removing from wall by unscrewing long screws after removing cap, look inside and you will see a white translucent plastic with 4 wide, flat hooked ends. Take a small screwdriver and gently push each 4 plastic hooked ends and it will come unhooked from the small groove. Push it far enough that the bar will slide out. No need to remove the plastic hooked piece. To replace, push in each hooked end and push in from the opposite end to reinstall.

Attatchment that connects to shower wall is loose how do I tighten it ?

Hi, If you are talking about the slide rail (part that the shower handset clicks into) then there are covering caps hiding the screws underneath, 1 at the top of the rail, and 1 at the bottom. You will need a scraper or spatula or fine flat screwdriver to simply, but carefully flip them off in order to gain access to the screws behind. Have a look to see what type of screw has been used to fix the rail to the wall, and a use the correct screwdriver to turn clockwise and tighten up the screws. Take caution doing this and use a hand screw driver not a power drill, and turn until it feels tight enough that the rail does not wobble or feel loose any more. Any excess pressure in tightening could crack your tiles if the holes are drilled through them. Hope this was of some help to you.
