What is a replacement spark plug for the Homelite DJ168F-18500A plug provided with this unit?

The recommended spark plug gap for a Homelite 2700 PSI pressure washer with a Champion Eco 322 spark plug is 0.030 inches.

but in my opinion, It's always best to consult the owner's manual or contact the manufacturer for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the proper spark plug gap for your specific pressure washer model.

Not sure of the book value but I always use .025 to .028 gap on the plug and it runs fine. Hope this helps.

The Homelite ZR10580 uses a Champion RCJ4 spark plug:

Heck switch by removing wire to coil. If no help remove spark plug laying metal part of plug agains cylinder head, pull cord and watch for spark. If you have none look for grounding if wire to coil along with grounding of spark plug wire. If you find no problem replace coil making sure you check gap of old coil and match with new.

Most of the time on older engines, the carb needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Dont panic rebuilding is cheap an easy. The ports get clogged up sitting an varnish up. Try to clean out all orifices with small pieces of wire from steel or brass brush. Use carb cleaner to clean replace all gaskets an parts with kit. Dont forget to check fuel hose in tank they go bad often an should be replaced when carb work is done. Fresh gas an it should work

You need to clean out the carb. possibly replace the Needle Valve and check the Diaphram for stiffness. Also check the fuel line for cracks and rott.

The spark plug gap should be set at .025 to .030 inches for trimmers. Try to set gap closer to .025.

Remove the spark plug and check for blue and snappy spark. If weak or nothing, try another spark plug. If still improper spark, return the machine for replacement under warranty. Make sure you have followed all instructions for re-start. Good luck!

It may be the coil if there is not any spark. Or a wire could off at the coil. One more thing it could be is the spark plug wire may have came loose from the coil. These a few thing to check.
