From the My Phone/Device screen, select the Unblock SIM Card link under the My Make & Model heading. Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code. Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The PUK & PIN codes are Security Codes that are on the SIM card. PIN( Personal Identification Number ) PUK ( Pin Unlock Key). when the PIN code in entred wrong the SIM automatically Blocks the PIN. to unlock the PIN you need to Enter the PUK. but if you enter the PUK wrong the Entire SIM is Locked.
The PIN Code & the PUK codes are Only Known by your Network Provider. you have to get in touch with them to get the codes. how ever if you have PUK blocked you will have to get a replacement SIM

You have entered the wrong PIN code too many times.
You need to unlock your phone using the PUK (PIN Unlocking Key) code. Your PUK code is provided by your network operator.
If you get error message as Insert correct SIM" You have inserted a SIM card that is not supported. Insert correct SIM card, or contact your Service Provider for a SIM unlock code.
If you get error message as Phone locked" or "Enter PIN" Your phone
is locked and you need to unlock it with your personal PIN. The default PIN is '0000', but you or your network operator may have changed it.

samsung phone "PUK blocked Call SOS" - i have the PUK code but cant put it in as its not giving me any option other than call sos. how do i put the code in to unlock it.
