Why does printer keep printing same forms over and over?

This may be a mechanical problem- perhaps the belt which pulls the printhead back and forth is slipping a cog tooth in the drive mechanism. Check this belt for proper tension, and that the cogs are in good condition.

There is also a home sensor located at the left-hand side of the printhead movement area which sets the home position of the head, and from this, the start of printing is determined. If this home position sensor is defective, this will cause problems. One certain Epsons, this sensor was a switch, and this would become erratic.

If it has been longer than 3 or 4 weeks since anything last printed, the problem may be clogged print heads. Run thru several cleaning cycles and see if anything begins to appear on the paper. If not, changing the ink cartridges may solve the problem. If it's been quite a long time since last printing, you may need new (and expensive) printheads. If that's the case, replacing the printer would be more cost effective. Sorry for the bad news.

You need to refer to method "D" about half way down the page
Once you clear the print job check you dont have any extra printers installed as quite often happens in these situations. If you have then delete your extra printer installations.

This could be the driver, add and remove driver close down the PC then re start and reinstal driver it worth a go it may be just that.
