I have a rssm360sc and my unit keeps running, I have replaced two condenser fan motors, is this unit designed to shut off or keep running.....??

If the light keeps blinking, its not getting the signal back from the thermocoupler. Look to make sure the flame is touching the thermocoupler. If it is not bend the bracket so that the thermocoupler tip is inside the flame of the pilot. If it is, the thermocoupler is bad and need to be replaced.

most likely a service light of some sort.

1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not,
press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal..

try turning off the auto shut off feature in you set up screens . you can find them through the menu button on your remote. scroll through till you find it and turn it off.

If the Fan is clogged up with dirt set will not run fan must be working.
