I had to factory reset my tablet and after it factory reset it shut off and when it turned on again it said 'the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.

Windows installation cannot proceed. to install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer and then restart the installation. It is stuck on this screen and when i click "OK" it just restarts and pops up that same screen. HELP!

U tried hard reset it by holding the power button and volume when tablet off then going down to factory reset by using down button and press power button ok go down to yes and that will hard reset but make sure u back Ur tablet up before u perform an hard reset

How do you reset a digital 2 tablet without volume buttons

If your Digital 2 tablet doesn't have volume buttons, you can still perform a factory reset using the following steps:

Power off your tablet: Hold down the power button until your tablet shuts off completely.
Hold down the power and home button: Once your tablet is powered off, hold down the power button and the home button simultaneously. The home button is the physical button located on the front of your tablet, usually below the screen.
Wait for the recovery screen to appear: Keep holding down the power and home button until the recovery screen appears. This may take a few seconds.
Navigate the recovery menu: Once you see the recovery menu, use the touch screen to navigate the options. Select "Wipe data/factory reset" using the volume buttons on the screen.
Confirm the reset: Use the touch screen to select "Yes - erase all user data" and confirm that you want to perform the factory reset.
Wait for the reset to complete: Once you confirm the reset, your tablet will erase all user data and reset to its original settings. This may take several minutes to complete.
Restart your tablet: Once the reset is complete, your tablet will automatically restart. You'll need to go through the initial setup process again, like you did when you first got the tablet.

Please note that a factory reset will erase all of your data, including apps, contacts, and media. Be sure to back up any important data before performing a factory reset.

Cry. Seriously, remove the drive and copy off of it any and all files that you want and need. Then format the unit and reinstall the operating system and programs from the backup disks that you have. No backup?

Now you are really ******* - see if you can get set from notebook manufacturer. If not check with your computer literate friends to see if any of them have OS installation disks.

When you reset ...you need to reinstall windows...you will probably have a boot partician on your hard drive or if you have the disc reinstall

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

If you can do anything with your tablet then try pressing menu on the home screen, and then go into your settings - privacy - factory data reset - reset tablet. Keep in mind that this will wipe EVERYTHING from your tablet. Any of your apps, contacts, etc will be erased.

HI there, after turn on the phone don't open the camera.Just reset the phone from phone factory settings.After that restart the phone.When is completely ready for work then open the camera. I hope you naver face the problem.If you faced that problem again, then reinstall the phone software from net or nokia shop. Thanks.
