These problem is the RAM you need to remove the RAM and clean the dust, then after that reinsert the RAM in their slot, or you try to use the other slot. If the same problem happen tr to use another RAM,
If the the same thing is happen again maybe the RAM socket is faulty already, you need to replace, "good luck"

Thanks for your reply. I did do that last night; removing the RAM and outting iit back but that did not solve the problem.
