Cook's is sold through HSN and Cooks Essentials is sold through QCV both are exclusive. It you need parts they are the only source:

HSN has no support for their model.

If bought in the EU there is a 12 month warranty anywhere else in the world, could be anything. Check your receipt as you will need the receipt as proof of purchase to get it repaired.

I have a cook's essentials pressurer cooker 5 or 6 quart and I have lost the instructions on how to work the pressurer cooker........can anyone help me with the instructions............
