Xerox work center 5225 it shows Drum catridge smart kit is fault

Make sure deal has been removed pull out press cancel 30 seconds...power off on the put back in

If the problem appears BOTH by copy and print situations, the problem is the drum unit itself.
Unfortunately you have to buy a new drum assy.

Xerox 5225 keeps showing error 124-373 and cant one to enter into set-up or status mode.How to correct this error?.I have jobs to copy for urgent meeting soon.your email is needed

error 010-327

That is a main motor speed fault. You can try turning the machine off and taking the drum unit out and putting it back in and powering the machine back up.
You can pull the main drive motor and see if it is just sticky on the shafts, if not, replace the main motor.

The machine must see new toner from chip
You must reset the chip from your toner.

Call 1-800-821-2797. Thats a machine software issue..
