The tablet maybe faulty, return it to the supplier for a replacement or refund as it is under warranty.

You need to flash new firmware you can download LiveSuit and
then look for the correct firmware that is compatible with your tablet.
If you search for How to Flash Tablet there will be a video or instruction on how to do it.
