I need to upgrade Netflix account charge card info How

it is a scam to get your details
if you want confirmation, find your last netflix account and call the number on it not the one on the message
reason is that if they are getting regular payments there is no need to update anything

Go to Netflix.com, Next to your Name (Top Right of screen) there is a dropdown arrow, Click on that & select My Account. To the far right of your current credit card, select Update payment Info.

In the upper right hand corner of your Netflix screen, click on your icon and then on account settings. You will find the payment settings there and you can enter a new card number for payment.

All you need to to do is sign into your Netflix account, then select Cancel Account. There is a button that walks you through the few steps. That should do it. You can also contact the credit card company and let them know to block any additional charges from Netflix.

not sure why you are posting here...you need to resolve this with Netflix. Since you used credit cards....contact them and make sure you put everything in writing. Bring your credit card into the conversation. This forum is for fixing things. you do not want to put any confidential info here.

How could they get your card number to charge it? I would call Netflix customer service right away. Someone maybe using your card

If you don't know how to remove this post and your credit card in, please call your credit card company to put a halt / stop to any charges being made to the credit card
