You need administrative rights to get into the PBX. Once in there, you can assign which phones receive incoming calls. It has been years since I worked on the meridian system, so I can't tell you the way to do it, but it is in the manual. It's not complicated. You can also set it up for DAY/NIGHT mode so that in the evening, if required, all phones could ring on incoming calls so that anyone in the building can answer them.
check if your speaker is fine.if yes then reinstall the phone software or go to lg care to change the speaker.check also if you get soung by plugging the headphones
It needs to be put in the ICD group. By default, nobody is in ICD group 1. Adding the phone and giving a ring status to it, even if it's no ring, makes the light blink on incoming calls. If you have access to system programming it's program 622 and 623. If you don't, your dealer/installer will have to do it.
Well if that's the case, the printer should be detached or powered of during call operations. The printer detects incoming calls that's why it triggers it to operate. Turning it off during operation will surely be the solution.
