Carmen, if you can identify your "unidentified digital camera", we might be able to find you a manual. Without knowing the make and model, we're really not going to be much help. If you have, say, a Nikon camera, a manual for a Sony isn't going to be much help.
go to kodak center os showroom and look for univerasl charger to charge your battery and for the usb you can buy card reader to interface you camera to your pc

It is very unlikely that a Best Buy™ store will have the correct charger for your camera, but you can call 1-800-Best Buy™ and you should ask for our Partsearch department and they should be able to order you the correct charger. Make sure to have your camera model # handy when you call. I hope this helps!
I would try formating the card using the camera (menu - setup - format) - THIS WILL ERASE ALL THE PICTURES YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ON YOUR CARD, so before you do this you may want to get a memory card reader and transfer the pictures (click and drag) to your computer. As to using the 4GB card...you will have to check with canon if a card that size if compatable. Not all cameras work with SD cards larger than 2GB.
There is no way you can charge it. You can buy a battery charger so you can put battery in the charger and not waste money buy another batteries again. Buy a battery that can charge. You cannot buy battery that are not support battery charger. sometime it will cause explosion
