Hi, I have a Saecco Exprelia Evo. Everything was working great, until yesterday the machine started making weird noises when making coffee and the message appeared restart to solve the problem, E19. We restarted and it was ok, but today I got the same message again twice.. Restarting does solve the problem but I guess thats not the real solution... Thanks!
This means that the pump got overcurrent. Please descale properly with some vinegar for a few times and try again after some rinsing.
Thank you for your answer. It is strange that E19 occurred while I was descaling the machine with Saeco descaler. I also could not restart the machine and E19 was still displayed and couldn't be bypassed. According to your answer, perhaps the descaling brought on the overcurrent of the pump. It just seems strange to me that it happened during the descaling process. Do you have any further thoughts please?
Hi I have exactly same issue. Already went in test mode. Pump and grinder not working. Changed the pump since defect was visible. Then Since error 19 is temperature related also changed NTC stemp sensor. Was not defective tough.. Found the values in Gaggia manual since machine is identical. How did you solve ?
I have the same E19 issues, but unfortunately shutting down the machine and restarting doesn’t help, what should I do

SOURCE: need to take out brew group jammed
Hi
Look on the left side where the box should be. In the left side towards the botton there is a long opening. Take plastic knife and slide it in while the machine is on and blinking and see if the brew unit will cycle. The drip tray has to be in for this to work. There is a metal bar that has to be pushed toward the rear of the machine to cycle the brew unit.

Grinder motor is not working. When the machine do the self test on startup, it senses the grinder motor is in open circuit(error 1).
Have to replace the grinder motor.
Remove the coff beans hopper.then..front spout by pulling the knob off and undo the screws...lift the top cover up from the back to unclick then pull the front part towards you from the center then slide over the spout area. You will see the grinder is covered with rubber cover with 4 screws holding it...remove the screws and then push down the rubber protrution through hole to detach from the grinder. The grinder is yours.

Had the wrench icon problem on a used Talea Touch that I bought.
Don't know how it started with the previous owner.
Solution - cleaned compressed coffee grounds from the grinder discharge. You need to manually spin the motor to clean all grounds from the rotation discharge gate. Also needed to probe and press the electrical connections to the motor. The brush spring and capacitors are press connected.
This solved the problem.
I've owned abnd repaired many Saeco machines. They are poorly designed and over priced.
None the less the majority of their problems can be fixed by simply cleaning the components.
Enjoy
