Depends where you are of course. In the USA try this company, from Kansas City. They have an online design tool.

How to use fume hoods?

I remember how at the University at the first laboratory work I was almost exposed to all harmful fumes. The teacher made me write an entire essay on safety at work. I turned to Paperial.com for writing a quality essay. But since then, there have been no such incidents. Therefore, carefully read the safety precautions and the most important advice: to improve how well fumes are taken up and away, put your reactions or equipment as far back in the fume hood as you possibly can.

What is catalyst converter

Perhaps you are asking about a "catalytic converter"?
Wikipedia's best answer is:

I recently purchased a Holmes HQH319 heater. I want to use it in a room with tropical birds. Birds are very sensitive to chemical fumes. Is there any Teflon or other coatings on this heater that that may...

You would have to contact the makers of the heater to give you a clear answer on that , most heaters smell when first put on from new and you would have to burn this off first ,

Chemical like smell while clothes are drying

If you have recently painted or varnished something then just air out the house. The fumes can react w/ the heat of the dryer to create this smell. It smells different than the actual fumes, but still like some sort of solvent.

Burning chemical smell coming from the gas dryer

Hi,
You first thought was probably the correct one...the fumes from the new paint may take a few days to disspate enough not to react with the heat of the dryer...I would give it a few dyas to clear before looking any further...

Is it possible to get fumes in the cabin of an Audi TT convertible - I notice after long journeys, in excess of 100 miles I often feel nauseous?

if you are driving in the open and you have your hood down it would be unlikely for fumes to come out and stay in the car. if your hood is up check your exhaust pipes

Actually, this is a 2000 5.4L Expedition. There's been a chain of events related to the A/C, but I'll give the exact question first: QUESTION: When the air runs, whether on A/C or vent, a foul chemical...

your vehicle has a cabin air filter that needs replaced. the smell is going to be from the cabin air filter needing replaced as well as the transmission line leak. however your concern will be fixed with the cabin air filter.
