My waffle baker is too hot and timer wont work-can the touch pane be reset
No the touch panel cant be reset these timers do tend to go after a certain amount of use it is not worth replacing as it can be as expensive to get the parts and fit them it would work out cheaper to buy a new unit as repairing the old unit you will come across more problems as after a certain age they tend to start going wrong so i would advise you to buy a new unit as after you have brought the spares and a soldering gun and some solder you are looking at about the same price a oyu would tto buy a new unit sorry i couldnt be any more help to you but i would advise to buy new one hope this is some help..........................................

The panle is held on with 6 bolts and is conected with about 6 push connectors. does anyone have a spec sheet for Star Baker Model #SWb8rble
This is a 1970 era waffle baker. I only need the knob to adjust the temperature settings.
