I just bought a Alcatel A460G, I can't answer an incoming call. I drag the green phone icon down, but nothing happens. How do I answer an incoming call?

your incoming calls are barred, you go to the call log and go to call barring, deactivate your call barring, you have a password for it, if forgot your password go to the nearest service center of ericson in your area.

Open the menu bar, cliq on settings, then cliq on call settings then check if it is on any key answer, then choose the key you want use in answering your calls.Thank you for using Fixya.
