Hello, I work in a corporate gym and we are having problems with one of our arc trainers. The incline adjustment will not work, but it still powers on when you pedal.

On a cross-fit trainer, it will be a loose joint or worn bushing. It has two belts a primary and a secondary. It is possible that one has parted near the join and is bumping as it goes of the pulley.

do you have the magnetic tag attached to you and the machine? it prevents operation unless its attached.

This problem needs more details to service....seem like you have multiple problems...better to call for service 877-805-1030
