Just to help in the future. Get yourself a little note book and write all your pass words and information down and keep it in a drawer out of site. When you change a password cross the old one out and put the new one in. Sure saves a lot of head aches if you lose your information.

If you forgot it either create a new one or click "forgot password" and it gives you a couple of options.
Hopefully you have a second account (or could make a new one) that you can send an email to or to a phone number for text.
Just hit reset password and you should be able to answer the reset questions that you filled out, or send to email.
try to make sure first that your inputing the right email in username. after doing that, if you completely forgot your password, try clicking the forgot your password link. it would give you the steps on how to retrieve your facebook account back.
You must click the forgot password and follow the instructions there and use other email so that you can retrieve your fb account. They will emailed you your account in a week.
