if the board does not have jp854 top left of the power board 2 inch down it's not the same power board as the quick fix. also it's not really a quick fix, you need to replace the voltage regulator on the heat disperser, right pin on the 3 pins is the controller for the voltage when the chip wares out it cannot regulate the correct voltage so the voltage goes up and down causing the flicker, on the quick fix its just cutting this connection off so the regulator is working at no adjustable voltage.

Screen flickers
If light is good and picture flickers, then it is either a bad LCD ribbon cable, or cable not well placed into connector, or a bad LCD display, usually it is the cable.
If picture flickers like light is dimming out and coming back, then it is the LCD lamp, probably in need of replacement.
In some rare case a faulty Video card is causing the problem.
Usually to fix this you need to take apart LCD display and upper laptop plate, to reveal the display cable.

This is usually due to the "brain" of the stove going bad, better known as the control module... not an expensive fix if you can find the part and due it yourself... you can locate it iether in the back right corner when you lift the stove top or it's under an access panel below your broiler drawer depending on model.
