If the plug on the cord fits any other outlet in the house it will be single phase
if the cord is cut , then it will have only 3 wires if it is single phase
( active , neutral and ground )
if it has 4 or more wires it will be 3 phase
most saws running a 200 mm blade or around that size and used for home duty will be single phase
the phase notation will be on the plate attached to the motor of the saw
It will read voltage , amperage, watts or hp, phase and cycles

Can I change 3ph DeWalt RADIAL ARM SAW to 240v single phase motor? I have moved, no 3ph power and the motor gave up just before we moved.

Since your old motor died, it is a good opportunity to replace it with a single phase motor, provided the new motor is capable of the performance that you are needing. The new motor should have the proper motor mounts and be sized power wise for the application. What was the HP rating of the old motor?
