I'm not sure if all satellite models are the same inside, but the one i was trying to repair a while ago had the cmos battery located near the multimedia control buttons (if the buttons are at the lower left side in respect to the keyboard, then the cmos battery should be just a bit to the right side from these).
You will need to disassemble the laptop which means removing the bottom cover (if it doesn't come off after you've removed all the screws on the bottom side, you'll also need to remove the keyboard - some models have screws underneath the keyboard).
Removing the keyboard goes something like this: remove the upper button line mask (the piece of plastic that covers the led's and power button etc - it's a snap in mount so you might need a small flat screwdriver to set it free.
There should be three screws there under, two of these have a small metal plate which holds the keyboard in place (some keyboards have a simpler lock which is a snap in feature - instead of screws there are three plastic locks, you just need to push them towards the keyboard to unlock them).
If these suggestions turn out to be useless, the next best thing to do (in my opinion) is to get the user and/or service manual for that model (i believe it can be found on the internet). These manuals often have detailed instructions on how to disassemble the PC, including "exploded views" of various assemblies inside the PC.

The CMOS battery on your model is soldered onto a piece of metal on one end and on the other end its soldered onto the motherboard next to the big main IC. You can get to it but that requires removing all the bottom screws and the lcd to take off the top cover assembly. Its small and silver and about the size of a dime in diameter. Could be replaceable if you can find the same type of battery and if you have good soldering skills.
Keep in mind that the cmos battery in your laptop is not like a normal cmos battery you would find in a desktop computer. In a desktop computer its the size of a nickel and slides out. In your laptop you'll need to find another battery just like the one you'll see on your motherboard and then have good enough soldering skills to take the old one out and put the new one in.
Shut down your laptop and disconnect all power sources. Turn the laptop over and lay it face down.
Remove the screws that secure the hard drive cover and remove the cover. Take out the remaining screws that secure the hard drive to remove it.
Locate the RAM (random access memory) and wireless card cover. This is often located in the center of the laptop. Remove the retaining screws and take off the cover.
Remove the RAM module by spreading the retaining latches on each side. Tilt the RAM module at an angle and slide it out of its compartment.
Disconnect the cables from the wireless card and remove the screws that secure the wireless card to the motherboard. Remove the wireless card from the laptop.
Locate the CMOS battery. It is about the size of a coin and is secured by a clip. Unclip the CMOS battery and remove it from its compartment. Insert the new one and reassemble the laptop.
