I bought a Panasonic alarm clock radio Model RC 95 and I can't set it. Also when I plug it in the radio comes on and I can't shut it off. I have not manuel.

The Rc-95 has a switch underneath and should be on when you want to set the time..

I have a lucky star 40 rc airplane. The cover is full or wrinkles. how do I resolve this problem?

You need a covering iron. They are used to put the covering on the plane. Lower heat to activate the glue to stick it to the wood around the edges and then higher heat to shrink the covering before pressing it down in the middle.

I have been told that I will need to adjust the valves on my 2002 v star 1100 every 4000 miles. Is this true? do they have hydrolic lifters? Where can I order or get a owners manuel free or cheep?

It's true. Not so much an adjustment but a check. All motorcycles require the check be it a metric motorcycle or HD. With your Yamaha chances are they'll be within the specified tolerance. But better safe than sorry. A manual should be available through the Yamaha dealer.
