Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to pair your woofer with your Vizio VHT215 soundbar:

1. Power cycle: Turn off both the soundbar and the woofer and unplug them from their power source. Wait for a few minutes before plugging them back in and turning them on again.
2. Reset the soundbar: Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the soundbar until you see the light on the front panel start to flash rapidly. This will reset the soundbar and put it into pairing mode.
3. Reset the woofer: Press and hold the Pair button on the back of the woofer until you see the light on the front panel start to flash rapidly. This will reset the woofer and put it into pairing mode.
4. Check the distance: Make sure the woofer is within the recommended distance from the soundbar. Typically, this is around 30 feet or less.
5. Check for interference: Other wireless devices or electronic equipment in the vicinity can interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Move any such devices away from the soundbar and woofer, or turn them off temporarily.
6. Replace batteries: If your woofer uses batteries, make sure they are fresh and installed correctly.

If the soundbar is Bluetooth-enabled, yes. But I have not read or heard about a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar yet. And why would you want to connect the headphones to the soundbar ? The only situation where this would make any sense is if the soundbar were hooked up to a TV. If this is the case, your only solution is to use regular (not Bluetooth) wireless headphones, which consists of two pieces: the headphones and a transmitter that you hook up to the audio output of your TV. The transmitter piece transmits any sound coming out from your TV wirelessly to the headphones.

The TV should have a "Variable Audio" out port.

No adapter. Your sound bar has to have wireless built in.
