Date changes at mid day not at mid night.

Your watch is 12 hours out of step. The date changes ever second rotation of the hour hand.

If you advance the time 12 hours, the date will change at midnight.

You may have to re-set the date.

Chronograph, sport watch, water resistant 165 ft. the alarm goes off in the middle of the night and I don't know how to set the alarm. All the web sites refer to A, B, C. Well I have reset, mode...

You can get instructions from the Amitron web site.
Copy "www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp" into your search engine
and you will see a list of illustrations of watches and associated
instructions.

Choose the one that looks like yours and download the PDF file.

This site gives an illustration showing the button labels, so it should solve your problem.

On my brand new AMW320D-9EV Casio dive watch, I can't get the digital month-date-day funtion to automatically roll over to the next day at mid-night. For some reason, the date changes on me at around 5pm...

This sort of problem is usually caused by the fact that the watch is 12 hours out and can be solved by advancing the time 12 hours (the watch thinks it is midnight when it is actually mid-day) but the fact that yours changes at 5 p.m. and not 12p.m. is unusual.

Unless you are a night shift worker you could just wind it on 12 hours and accept it changes at 5a.m. Otherwise, speak to the maker with a view to getting a replacement under warranty, as it would seem that the watch has not been correctly assembled.

Can't disable the alarm, the alarm goes off at 11pm every night and i want to disable it so that it no longer chimes at that hour. what do i do?

Press lower left hand button until you reach alarms may say snz or sig use the bottom right hand button to cycle through the options, to turn an alarm on or off press the adjust button top left you will then see off or on in the lower circle on the watch face. Also there is a graphical display at the top of the screen Alm sig and snz when there is no black bar here all alarms are off.
