I think the monitor has gone ! You can repair it or sent it for getting warrenty service.

The picture on this TV is controlled by a few things the most commond fail part would be one of your sustain boards. Second I would check the buffer boards. You can get parts at www.interliquidparts.com

Any time you have this issues the power supply needs to be replace. Look for the number on the board it should be the biggest board on the TV. Google it and it very simple to replace.

I had the same issues and the tech came out and replaced the main board... one way to tedt if it is the PDP is in the service menu.. run the plasam ttests and verify you don't see any dots. After replacement the tech checked all voltages and all is well.

you most have a bad conection problem, but thats a job to a tech ,dont do it your self or try to , this is a very delicate tv..good luck
