Load Chrome Browser app from Google Play store. Have it import all your bookmarks, then you can have them on whatever device you have chrome loaded on--Laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc...

if you are logged into the browser (Chrome recommended) with you Google account

OPEN TASK MANAGER //WITH (CONTROL/ALT/DELETE KEYS) HIT ALL 3 KEYS AT SAME TIME. CLOSE CHROME AND RESTART. IF THAT DOESNT WORK, DO A HARD RESTART.
RUN A VIRUS SCAN, CLEAN OUT YOUR CACHE

Open safari, search google.com, click on first search! Also go to App Store and search google and load the app!

Go to Google, search for chrome, sign up for chrome

use whatever internet browser you have now, google google chrome, and it's the 1st link for the download

Click on can't remember password and hopefully it'll take you to where you type in your username or google email address then it should ask if you want a code sent to your cell phone, which it would show the last 2 digits of it if you set that up. If not it'll ask to send you the code to your alternate email. Then type in the code either from your phone or email and then you'll be able to make a new password and type it in twice and save it.
