Try to reset to factory reset through RESET button on device. Normally it's the POWER button. Press and hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds, your device will reboot.

Try disconnecting the power to the radio, this should act as a hard reset and return radio to normal operation, if not hten the radio is faulty

All you can do is remove the radio and have it repaired by a local approved GM radio repair shop.

Ok, maybe one of these ways will work.

1. Turn radio off. With key off, press the pwr and eject buttons and hold for 7 seconds.

2. No go? Then try the same with the key on.

3. Nothing? With the radio on try to 'bump' the stuck CD with another CD. Careful not to scratch one of em'

4. Still stuck? Look around on the radio for a small hole that looks like a pin or paperclip might fit in. We're looking for a reset button, but not all radio's have one. If you do locate it press and hold for like 10 seconds. Or look in the owners manual if the radio has a reset button

5. Really? Go to the fuse box near drivers door dash and pull the fuse for the radio for a minute or two. Check the owners manual for the location, and if there's more than one radio fuse.

Hope one of these work. Last effort would be to try to extract the CD carefully with tweezers,but good luck with that

Try turning the radio off and then disconnect the battery for 1 min. After reconnecting the battery, turn the radio on and this might reset the radio and the CD may come out. Good luck and hope this helps and just make sure the radio is off or the radio may ask for a radio code to have it functional again.

1st try to hit the eject button multiple times in a row. If this doesn't work you have 3 options.
1= pull the radio unit, disassemble case, gingerly remove CD, and reassemble.
2=Go to dealer or repair shop and have them remove. If you have a warranty left, mopar should be able to help. Factory radios have been a problem with Mopar for years.
3= Go buy a new CD and forget about it

power radio on then hold 2 and 3

I've entered incorrect radio code and it is now stuck on WAIT. but i don`t have the code what can i do. pl. help me
