Wife was watching tv, then screen goes blank. Like as if powered off, but you can still hear the audio.. volume works, source works, but does not display em, because screen is black/off. Have to guess the source button for switching video outputs.. any suggestions, thank you. -nelson

When did you purchase the TV, usually in this case, it is a picture tube problem. Better to contact your TV provider so that they can change the picture tube of the TV.
