Can you delete all stored numbers at once or do you have to delete them one at a time? The model #16789 for the phon

Scroll to the number you want to delete from your call log click the option from the left hand side of your screen.
Scroll down to delete number and click select and the number will be permanently deleted from your call log.

Once you delete the phone numbers from phone then it is not possible to retrive the phone numbers.

If you saved the numbers in SIM card then you can copy to phone memory.

To copy contacts from SIM card to phone,Contacts > Copy. You can copy names and phone numbers from the phone contact memory to the SIM card memory or vice versa.

move the pics and videos and/ or screensavers to the memory card. it should work.

go to your photo's. select the picture. delete should be on the bottom right. click it and confirm.....the default pictures can't be deleted though

When first turned on, select "messages." then down arrow to inbox or outbox. Select choice. For outbox, down arrow to SENT. Select. Hit the center button. scroll down twice to delete the one message. Scroll down once more to delete ALL messages from the sent outbox. Confirm and out they go!

Now, does anybody know how to email text messages so they can be saved?

use the same procedure. when you get to the number you want to delete, press transfer and store.

Get to the emergency call screen then hold down the Menu button (the one with the 3 lines), shift button and the letter Q at the same time for about five seconds and let it go. It will probably not happen the first time but do the same steps as mentioned again. Once you let it go the phone will ask if you are sure you want to completely reset the phone scroll to yes and hit ok. If you do not want to lose any stored data then this is not the method for you all data, contacts, etc. will be deleted. This worked for the Tmobile sidekick II Hiptop.

Your phone will reset as if purchased brand new from store. All customize ringers, wallpapers, settings, phone books, etc will deleted.
