A couple of days ago my alcatel one touch fell to the ground and after that it turns completely white. sometimes it will come back to normal but then turn white 2 minutes later. How can i fix it?

could be a battery problem? or maybe the screen is gone?
if you have a warranty on it get it where you've bought it.
and they should either replace your smartphone, or fix the issue.

Did you get it wet?

Remove battery and blow dry it . Dont blow on it to much heat but enough till you can think its dry inside ....

Looks like you will have to replace the touchscreen by getting it to where you got it from of you could try and do it your self

There might be a problem with the LCD of the phone, you need to have it checked with a technician. I'm not sure if the phone got damaged due to direct heat of sun light. The phone's LCD is also sensitive and can only take mild heat. Might as well take it to a local techinician and have them evaluate the phone's LCD for you.
