Why can't I connect my innotab max vtech to the internet keeps saying connection failed http response =404.but my internet is fine and running all my other devices fine please help
I too have a InnoTab MAX children's tablet with same issue. Power cycling it, leaving cartridge plugged in/then out, have power plugged in then not, forgetting WiFi connection and re-linking after verifying WiFi is fine from other devices, also standing beside the wireless router all have been fruitless.
Having spent an hour on it last night and almost that long tonight - it's going back to BestBuy tomorrow. go google and type in-- what does http=404 indicate-- there are several good explanations available including wikipedia
basically while you think you are connected , the url that you use cannot be found on a server
any way read all the different sites and maybe you will find a pointer to the answer
I am confused, I am too getting this error on the InnoTab® MAX when I connect it to the internet. How can it be a web page error when all I have done is click connect :/

You may be connected to your wifi, but your wifi may not be connected to your Internet. Try rebooting/turning off and on your modem and see if that solves the problem.

try another USB cable/usb port. if that doesn't work: For windows--check under device manager>>disk drives>>look for vtech nand1>>right click--uninstall>>unplug the toy>>plug it back in>>turn it on>>try to access Learning Lodge again. For Mac>>open Disk Utility while toy isnot connected to toy.>>plug toy to computer>>turn it on>>look for anything that says vtech.if you do go to Learning Lodge--send error report--call vtech
