If you go to your browser type NOKIA 6680- how to hard reset my phone and follow instruction . Nokia unlock code is 12345. hope this helps

No! Once factory reset anything not installed from new will be lost. Puk code is only available from your service provider and factory reset will not reset a Puk code!

    "Messages" is this voice or text? Anything you loaded to your phone memory will be lost! So your phone address book will be lost..........If you saved a contact list to your SIM card this will still be intact, you can transfer this list back to your phone address book.

It is 60 series of Nokia,to reset your setting just dial *#7380#, to reset to factory setting the code is *#7370#, and the standard security code is 12345, if you has changed the security code input your own security code, if you forgot your own security code just insert your IMEI to get your master code here

My Dear:
type *#06# on your phone to get it.
if you put the lock coed in wrong about 5 times it should ask you for puk code you can get this code from your service provider ring them up they will give you the code over the phone this will over ride the security code and should reset it to 00000 or 12345 so get the code wrong a few times then ring up service provider when your phone asks for puk code its 11 digit long and get this off you network provider

PUK CODE REQUIRED
Hi,
PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.

 The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.

My Nokia n 72 says sim card rejected
you need to replace your SIM card now the PUK is a PERSONAL UNLOCK KEY code that changes on a daily basis and if you dont call the provider for this and enter the wrong code too many times it "burns" the sim (security feature)

MY NUMBER IS PUK
you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code. 

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code. 


if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
