Hey Bassam, does the burner come on and go out quickly?

I have had the same issue with the Utica boiler code 10 error and the 62. The 10 is a soft shutdown and will retry in 5 minutes then after a few more fails it will go to a code 62 soft shutdown and retry in 30 minutes.
I have searched high and low and seen these boilers have a replacement electric pilot that goes for $125.00 and up.
I fixed mine doing the following.
1 turn off the electricity supply.
2 flame tubes so you can remove the pilot assembly (2 screws)
3 Clean the assembly with non metal abrasive. I used scotch-bright.
4 I also noticed the pilot flame area has a scoop like metal piece that was pressed into the frame on a odd angle. In all the replacement parts this object was not angled but lined up straight with the pilot flame so i made a adjustment with pliers. This bent into position fairly easy. I am wondering if many pilots were pressed in this way at the factory causing this issue.
5 There is a heat shield tube around one of the wires that was not connected at the base where it should have been. A easy fix.
6 Put it all back together and start it up. Worked for me, good luck.

SOURCE: I have a Burnham series

Hello. The culprit is most likely the spark electrode lead. Once the pilot lights it rectifies the current telling the pcb [printed circuit board] the pilot is on it is ok to light the main burner. Begin by replacing the electrode lead. If it is still not solved, then replace the pcb. Joe

4 thumbs up please. ty.

SOURCE: Hi. Had a code 10

I had the same problem. There's another clear rubber pipe underneath, that runs from the front right to a pump in the middle. I had to pull it off and dry it with a hairdryer before mine would light properly. Blast into the hole the pipe came off too to dry the sensor if there is one.

My 2001 x5 evap & catalyst report not ready, I reset my MAF OBDII Code ~70 miles before checking it, but...

if you had reset the code[ or had a dead battery]you just cleared and reset all the vehicles evap / emissions systems it now has to recycle through to reset you wont have a check engine or mil unless computer finds a fault and on most vehicles it can be about 125 miles and usually the last to reset are the evap and the catalytic converter drive around and at around 125 mark go to an auto store and have vehicle scanned most offer this service for free or if you have one check your system for ready if not keep driving some more most states give you 10 days to retry so use that time to rack up miles -- and dont reset or clear codes before an inspection

Fan won't blow on ac, but works on furnace

The fans heat speed is low speed and the cool speed is high speed. High speed is controlled by the fan relay normally open switch, the low speed is controlled by the temperature delay or time delay.

Carrier Furnace won't start up

Sequence of events: call for heat at T-stat, inducer motor turns on, negative pressure created in heat exchanger closes pressure switch, pressure switch control wire runs through all safety's (these must all be in closed/safe position) if ok then glow plug lights. Time delay then gas valve opens, flame verified by "flame rod" t-stat = :)

Keeps giving a code of ops on boiler and will not kick blower on

Are you certain this is a boiler? Furnaces use blowers; boilers do not.

Could you be referring to an induced-draft small blower motor that normally runs immediately on a call for heat?

Is there an electronic control board measuring about 6 inches by 8 inches visible?

We can help if you give us a model # and brand name. Does it operate by oil, natural gas, or propane (LP)?

My 2270 jambs paper from tray one every time. I changed the pickup rollers still no help. All my other trays feed properly even the stack bypass

Hi mate,
Prior to your issue i may enlighten you with this source.
Technical Infomation 0105/0101/0102/0103/0201/0202/0203/0204 Jam Code: Paper lint adheres to surface of vertical path roller

Description
Since a type of paper that can easily generate lint was used, the paper lint adhered to the surface of the vertical path roller and decreased the paper feed performance of the roller, causing the jam code "0105."
Depending on paper sources, the following jams occur.
- Cassette 1: 0105 (registration sensor PS9 delay)/0201(cassette1 retry sensor PS10 stationary)
- Cassette 2: 0101 (cassette 1 retry sensor PS10 delay)/0202(cassette 2 retry sensor PS11 (cassette pedestal) delay)
- Cassette 3: 0102 (cassette 2 retry sensor PS11 delay)/0203 (cassette 3 retry sensor PS1 (cassette pedestal) delay)
- Cassette 4: 0103 (cassette 3 retry sensor PS1 (cassette pedestal) delay)/0204 (cassette 4 retry sensor PS2 (cassette pedestal) delay jam)
To prevent this, a vertical path roller to which paper is hart do adhere was used for the following machines (the color of the roller was changed from black to gray).

It sounds as if the gas cap may be clogged. It must be able to breathe so that the carburetor gets the proper gas flow. Does it run for about 10-15 minutes? If so, this is more than likely your problem.
