You'll first have to download an emulator, the best one is probably GBA4iOS which you can find at the link I attached (this will only work if you're running iOS 8 or under, if not, then there is a paid alternative at another link which I will attach - see link called "Listen watch and play what you love".) Download that to your device, then go to the Ash Gray download link and download that (Link attached). GBA4iOSListen watch and play what you lovePokemon AshGray 4 5 3 GBA ips 2 36MB SendSpace com
All GBA games are playable on pc. For that you need an emulator and the GBA game rom. The best emulator for running GBA games on pc is visual boy advance and you can download it from the following link:
After downloading the emulator and rom, extract it to any folder and run the emulator. Before opening the rom, you need to configure the buttons to play the game.
To do that, goto options->joypad->configure->1 and select the buttons that you want to use and then click Ok.
Then drag and drop the rom file into the emulator, and play.
Well the only way is to download a emulator. A emulator is like a online video game console. Like VBA=VisualBoy Advance. <----- is like a gameboy color/Advance.
Impossible. GBA files are games for a Game Boy Advance emulator (such as Virtual Boy Advance). NES files are games for a Nintendo Entertainment System (the video game console we used to play when I was a little kid) emulator.
Both console don't work the same way, so do their games. So, technically, it's impossible to convert GBA roms to the NES format.
